SUIT fully realizes the significance of competence and dedication of faculty in the success of a university. For this reason, faculty members are encouraged to participate in academic activities (conferences, workshops, long/short courses, research Projects, etc). Funds are allocated to support the faculty participation in such activities nationally as well as internationally. The focus on faculty development has several positive results, notably in teaching, research, designing of modern curricula, and development of international contacts.
