BS-IT (Bachelor of
Science in Information Technology)
Program Objectives:
The BS IT program is designed to provide sufficient knowledge in core areas of Information technology. The objective is to enable the students to pursue careers in a wide range of professions, including software and web development, database management, system administration, etc. A number of mathematics courses have been included to give the direly needed strength to out graduates in modeling the real world problems. The syllabus is periodically updated so as to keep our students abreast with the latest technologies. The program also aims at providing students with a firm basis for undertaking higher studies in Information Technology.
Eligibility Criteria:
Intermediate or equivalent with at least second division, or an equivalent certificate from a recognized institution. Candidates need to pass an entry test/ an aptitude interview conducted by the university
