Majority of the members were of the opinion that this time maximum number of international speakers from Europe, America and Australia be invited as keynote speaker in the 2nd Euro Conference. However keeping in view the budgetary position and financial constrict, the house agreed to invite around 7-8 international keynote speakers with the following packages.
a) Return air ticket & Accommodation & Local Hospitality 3-4 full package
b) Only local hospitality, boarding and lodging 3-4 persons
