An important milestone was achieved on 2nd July 2025, as the Department of Technologies, Sarhad University of Science and Information Technology (SUIT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) at the Chamber.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Arshad Ali, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), on behalf of Sarhad University, and by Mr. Fazal Muqeem, President, SCCI, on behalf of the Sarhad Chamber.

This strategic collaboration was established with the permission and under the guidance of the Honourable Vice Chancellor of Sarhad University. The MoU aims to strengthen industry-academia linkages by providing students with internship opportunities.

Engr. M. Faisal Khan, Director, Department of Technologies, served as the  focal person for this initiative.
