ORIC-SUIT Hosts Seminar on Youth Mental Health and Addiction.

The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) at Sarhad University, in collaboration with the Pakistan Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), Rawalpindi, organized a seminar on "Youth Mental Health and Addiction."
The session featured Dr. Usama Bin Zubair, CEO of PIMH and Consultant Psychiatrist, as the keynote speaker. He provided deep insights into the mental health challenges facing today’s youth and strategies for early intervention and support.
The event was graced by Prof. Dr. Salim-ur-Rehman, Vice Chancellor of Sarhad University, as Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the critical need to foster mental health awareness among students and academic communities for a healthier and more productive society.
