Chairman Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Asmat Ullah Khan Gandapur visited Sarhad University of Science and Information Technology (SUIT) and appreciated the administration of university in promotion of quality education in the region.
A detailed presentation regarding SUIT was presented by Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad Khan.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Salim-ur-Rehman, informed that Sarhad University has never compromise on quality education.
He said that SUIT is the first university in KP providing three different types of education including Regular, Distance and Correspondence.
Chairman, HERA, Asmat Ullah Khan Gandapur appreciated the contribution of Sarhad University in the promotion of knowledge across the country.
Asmat Ullah Khan Gandapur planted sapling on this occasion. University shield was presented to Chairman HERA by University administration.
Earlier, Chairman was received by Director General Distance Education Engr. Dr. Muhammad Saleem, Registrar Prof. Dr. Habib-ur-Rehman and other faculty members.
